Boxing Class is on Monday & Thursday nights and is a non-contact, pads & drills class based around getting you fighting fit through hitting pads, bags & attacking your abs.
Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) is on Tuesday nights and sparring Saturdays, and is kickboxing with the use of knees and elbows – though the class on Tuesday is geared towards beginners, and is non-contact.
Ultimate Fitness Class runs twice a week Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and is a circuit based non-contact cross fit style class that utilises Mixed Martial Arts training techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is effective and realistic ground based grappling, and is what we do best. During each class we go to great length to teach novice`s the basics and provide game plans for those eager to compete.
MMA Takedowns and Sparring (Thursday evenings) is an advanced Sparring class, and is not recommended for beginners. But you are welcome to take part in it once you have done a few months on the mats.
Young Renegades Thai runs during school terms for kids aged between 5 – 15 and is a non-contact striking class that looks to develop students fitness, confidence and self defence.
Young Renegades BJJ runs during school terms for kids aged between 5 – 15 and is a grappling class that teaches all aspects of BJJ in a safe & friendly learning environment.
Open Gym & Open Mat allows members to utilize the facilities, including mats (when available) all cardio or weights equipment (machine, free weight or Kettle bells), and gym gear.
